Amkor Technology, Inc. is a semiconductor product packaging and test services provider. The company has been headquartered in Arizona, since 2005, when it was moved from West Chester, Pennsylvania. Amkor have semiconductor plants in Asia and some of these are in Vietnam, Korea and the Philippines.

Their Philippine semiconductor plant centralized dehumidifier and airconditioning system was checked overhauled and this is being done annually to maintain a top quality environment in their electronic products. Airrex Philippines together with other supplier like Agrekko a London based company and Arctic cooling Inc a China based company takes over the entire plant of Amkor while their system was being checked and overhauled.
